With 25 years of experience as a non-profit executive, I bring lived experience in the nonprofit sector, from tackling day-to-day challenges to achieving significant milestones. I'm driven by a commitment to excellence, ensuring every client receives tailored support and achieves their goals.

My expertise is built on a strong foundation, including a Master's degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Policy, Planning, and Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and licensure as a Master Social Worker in Missouri. I further enhance my offerings as a silver tier #IamRemarkable trainer, a certified Agilities Coach with the DeBruce Foundation, and I hold certificates in volunteer management and coaching from Washington University and St. Louis University. Having served on various boards, committees, and councils, including executive positions, I offer practical, insider knowledge. I am deeply committed to empowering rural non-profits, helping them implement innovative solutions even when faced with limited resources.
